Who can claim

The owner or a manager of the clinic. You confirm you are authorised to act for the business when you continue.

Work email

We email a 6-digit code to a work address whose domain matches the website held for the listing. The code expires after 10 minutes and you get three tries, then you can ask for a new one.

Verify with a document

If you have no email at that domain, or we hold no website, upload a business rates or utility bill from the last three months, your register certificate, or a lease. A person checks it, usually within five working days, then deletes it. If it matches, you get an email with a link to finish your listing.

Save and finish later

On the details step you can save and come back. The link we email works for 7 days, and we keep what you typed for 90 days.

Managing your listing

There are no passwords. We email a sign-in link to the address you verified; it works once, for 24 hours, and keeps you signed in on that device for 30 days.

Already claimed by someone else

Ask to be added as a manager and we pass your name and email to the person who claimed it. If you hear nothing in two weeks, report a problem and we will look into it.
