Terms of use

These terms apply when you use antiwrinkleinjections.co.uk, send an enquiry, or claim, publish or feature a listing. Please read them; by using the site you accept them. Last updated 21 October 2026.

What the site is

antiwrinkleinjections.co.uk is a directory. It helps you find and compare clinics; it does not provide treatment or give medical advice, and a listing is not a recommendation. We don’t check the quality of a clinic’s work beyond what a public register says.

Before you choose a clinic, check what matters to you directly with them and on the register named in the listing.

The site is not for emergencies. If someone needs urgent medical help, call 999, or 111 for NHS advice.

Where listings come from

Listings are built from public registers and open data and updated monthly, so details can be out of date. Prices are “from” prices, taken from a clinic’s website or given by the clinic, with the date and source shown. They are a guide, never a quote.

A “Registered” or “Rated” badge means we matched the clinic to that public register. “Verified” means the clinic has claimed its listing and confirmed its details. “Featured” means the clinic pays to be shown first.

Sending an enquiry

When you send an enquiry, we pass it to the one clinic you chose. Any arrangement you make is between you and that clinic; we are not part of it and don’t guarantee a reply. Please don’t send anything abusive or that isn’t yours to share.

Claiming a listing

Only claim a listing if you own the business or are authorised to act for it. We check claims by email or document, and we can refuse or withdraw a claim if we can’t confirm it. Keep your sign-in links to yourself: anyone with one can manage the listing.

What you publish

You are responsible for what you publish on your listing. It must be accurate, lawful and yours to publish. In particular:

• Name treatments by what they are, not by a medicine’s brand name. Prescription-only medicines can’t be advertised to the public.
• No before-and-after photos, testimonials presented as results, or claims you can’t back up.
• Prices must be what you actually charge. We email every six months to ask whether they are still right.
• Registration details must be your own or your practitioner’s, and current.

Your listing must follow the UK advertising codes (the CAP Code). We may edit or remove anything that doesn’t meet these terms. You give us permission to publish what you submit on our sites, for as long as it is listed.

Featured placements

• Featured costs £49 a month per city, plus VAT. To start, send the request form on the advertise page; we confirm a start date and send an invoice, and nothing is charged before your placement goes live.
• Up to 3 clinics can be Featured in each city. Featured clinics are shown first and labelled as paid. It never changes your register status or the order of the other listings.
• It renews monthly. Cancel any time by emailing us; the placement ends at the end of the month you have paid for, and we don’t refund part-months.
• If we remove your listing for breaking these terms, the placement ends without a refund. If we stop offering Featured, we refund any unused part of the month.
• Featured is a service for businesses, so consumer cancellation rights don’t apply to it.

Removing listings

We may unpublish a listing that is deregistered, closed, or breaks these terms, or if we are told it is wrong. If your business is listed and you want something corrected or removed, email hello@antiwrinkleinjections.co.uk.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep the site accurate and working, but we can’t promise it is complete, current or always available. We are not responsible for the treatment a clinic provides, or for other websites we link to.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t let us limit. If you are a consumer, these terms don’t affect your legal rights.

If you use the site for a business, we are not liable for loss of profit, business or goodwill, and our total liability to you in any year is limited to what you paid us in that year.

Your information

The privacy notice explains how we use personal information, and the cookie policy covers cookies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change affects a Featured placement you pay for, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can decide disputes. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own courts.
